Tampa Brolty Pressure Wash LLC ("Tampa Brolty Pressure Wash," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit broltypressurewash.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details such as your name, phone number, email address and property address when you request a quote, call, text or email us.
- Property details such as photos of your home, surfaces to be cleaned, gate codes or access instructions you choose to share.
- Communication preferences, including whether you have consented to receive SMS text messages.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, date and time).
- Cookies or similar technologies used by our hosting provider or analytics tools to understand how the Site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule appointments and perform our services.
- To communicate with you about your service by phone, email or, with your consent, SMS text message.
- To send promotional messages only where you have separately opted in, and until you opt out.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. SMS / text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for text messaging are used only by Tampa Brolty Pressure Wash to send the messages you agreed to receive. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that transmit messages on our behalf.
If you opt in to SMS on our website or by other means, you may receive text messages from us about your quote request, appointment scheduling, arrival and completion updates and customer care, and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotional offers and maintenance reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us at (813) 525-8784 or [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Full program details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting, form processing, CRM and messaging platforms, and payment processors). They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- When required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
The sharing above excludes SMS opt-in data and consent, which we never share for marketing purposes as described in Section 3.
5. Photos of your property
We take before-and-after photos to document our work and send them to you. We may use photos that do not identify you or your address in our marketing (for example, a close-up of a cleaned driveway). We will not publish photos showing your house number, street, family or vehicles' license plates without your permission.
6. Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
- SMS: reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.
- Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
