Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of broltypressurewash.com (the "Site") operated by Tampa Brolty Pressure Wash LLC ("Tampa Brolty Pressure Wash," "we," "us," or "our") and your engagement of our exterior cleaning services. By using the Site or requesting our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide residential pressure washing and soft washing services in Hillsborough and Pinellas County, Florida. Information on the Site is general in nature. The specific scope, price and schedule for your property are set out in a written quote, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Quotes
Quotes are free and prepared in good faith from the photos, measurements and information you provide or from an on-site look. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described (for example, additional square footage, heavy staining that needs extra treatment, or surfaces not included), we will tell you and get your approval before proceeding with any change in price.
3. Scheduling, access and preparation
You agree to provide a working exterior water spigot, unlocked access to gates and the areas to be cleaned, and to move vehicles, furniture, grills, planters and other items off the surfaces being cleaned. Please keep pets and children inside during the service and close all windows and doors. Weather may require rescheduling; we will notify you as early as possible.
4. Pre-existing conditions
Washing can reveal or aggravate pre-existing conditions such as oxidized or failing paint, loose or brittle caulk, damaged screens, loose siding, cracked stucco, failed window seals, or previously damaged wood. We inspect and note visible issues before we start, but we are not responsible for damage resulting from such pre-existing conditions or from surfaces that were improperly installed or maintained.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless your quote states otherwise. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Sealing and multi-day projects may require a deposit as stated in the quote.
6. Satisfaction promise
If you believe an area included in your quote was missed or not cleaned to the standard described, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to address it at no charge. Some stains (for example, deep rust, oil that has penetrated concrete, efflorescence, or artillery fungus) may not be fully removable; we will tell you in advance when we expect only partial improvement. Except as stated here, services are provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
7. SMS messaging program
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form (or otherwise opt in), you agree to receive SMS text messages from Tampa Brolty Pressure Wash about your quote, appointments, arrival and completion updates and customer care, and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions, which are part of these Terms.
8. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with its operation. Content on the Site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tampa Brolty Pressure Wash LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site with a new effective date.
